Description Of Incident: Battalion 2 o/s reporting heavy fire on all 3 floors, "C" side of a 3-story wood-frame OMD w/reports of victims trapped on the 3rd floor. Heavy fire in the rear w/extension to Exposure D: single-story garage and reports of victims trapped inside. Numerous L/S/O's w/master streams in operation. All victims evacuated upon arrival of companies. All searches negative w/no injuries reported. 23 residents displaced. Fire equivalent of a Signal 30(2nd Alarm).
