0245hrs- Yonkers Dispatched for a reported fire in the hallway of 140 South Waverly. Address then corrected to Waverly St.

0250hrs- E-306 reports heavily involved rear of 3-story OMD with exposure problems. B-1 transmitting 10-29/10-30.

0252hrs- 2nd Alarm transmitted by B-1. 2nd Alarm co's to respond into Linden St. (street to rear of fire). Units reporting low water pressure and dead hydrants on Waverly St.

0254hrs- 3rd Alarm B-1 rpts original fire building fully involved with extension to exposure 2 and 4. Co's to hit hydrants on Nepperhan Ave and Maple St and stretch in. Units using water relay. TL-71 going into operation in front of original fire building.

0259hrs- 4th Alarm. Companies on the fourth alarm report to B-2 at the rear of the fire buildings off of Linden St. Heavy ember condition blowing south along Waverly St. M/A enroute from Mount Vernon E-5 and L-2 to Sta. 13. Command Post set up opposite original fire building.

0304hrs- 5th Alarm transmitted. LDH supply lines dropped from Nepperhan Ave. Co's reporting radient heat from fire buildings extending to rear of OMD's on Linden St. Setting up L-74 (using spare) in front of exposure 4. M/A New Rochelle E-22 to Sta. 1. L-70 and L-73 responding in from Poplar St. and Linden St.

0310hrs- TL-75 setting up in parking lot in rear off Linden St. Partial collapse of original fire building in rear. Fire on exterior of building on Linden St. is extinguished. Additional BC's recalled.

0315hrs- YPD pulling units from 4th and 2nd PCT to scene. All 3rd PCT units, Patrol LT and ESU on scene. FD recall of duty members.

0320hrs- YFD B-3 in service. All companies pulled of exposure buildings and going to additional master streams. Exterior opperations only due to possible collapase of exposure number 4. M/A Greenville E-151, Fairview TL-1 to cover Sta. 12. Multiple lines going into operation in rear yards.

0330hrs- YPD recalling day tour units from 3rd PCT to report for duty.

0350hrs- Still heavy fire conditons in (3) buildings. (1) TL and (1) ladder pipe in op in front, (1) TL in op in rear. Numerous lines in operation front and rear. Co's reporting Exp. 4 rear is leaning and in danger of collapse. YPD Mobile Command Center requested and responding.

0400hrs- Additional recall of YPD day tour officers.

0420hrs- Empress EMS treating (2) injured firefighters, reported minor injuries. YFD recall members going into service with reserve apparatus.

0430hrs- Shutting down TL's and ladder pipes, attempting to move crews back into exposure buildings from front. Still heavy pockets of fire in rear of all buildings.

0530hrs- Fire is K/D, prolonged op's.

0630hrs- Fire is under control. Yonkers call back companies include E305, E315, L79.

1906hrs- Full assignment dispatched for multiple calls for smoke from 140 Waverly St.

1914hrs- B-1 using (2) engines and (1) truck for a re-kindle on the 2nd floor.
