PHILADELPHIA - Lt. Anthony Ginaldi and Officer Christopher Clemens were on patrol in a police helicopter and approaching a landing near Northeast Philadelphia Airport on April 30, 2008, when a green laser beam was aimed at the aircraft.

Ya gotta hand it to criminal defense lawyers for coming up with these doozies while attempting to justifying their client behavior..LOL

At least they prosecuted the suspect down there. The DA's Office here in Westchester won't even take such cases to the Grand Jury.

Really Chris our lovely DA won't entertain this? That was an attempt at sarcasm. I bet if you shined that bright light in a suspects eyes and he ran into traffic and got killed or hurt they would find a way to charge you!
