whats going on in NY Harbor?

Anyone know what's going on over by the Throggs Neck Bridge? There are 4 NYPD harbor units, one FDNY marine, 1 USCG cutter, and two Nassau harbor units. There was also an NYPD helicopter overhead. This is as of 2pm.

More then likely its all a part of the week long securing the cities training exercise going on in the tri-state area.
