1105 - Phoenicia and Shandaken Ambulance respond for a reported house fire.

1108 - Caller stated there was smoke coming from the roof.

1110 - 45-2 on scene reporting working structure fire. 45-11 on road, 45-23 responding.

1111 - 45-2 requesting Olive to scene.

1112 - 2nd alarm being transmitted. Reporting a very large house.

• Olive with 44-50, 44-51, and 44-30 to the scene.
  
• Pine Hill with a tanker to the scene.
  
• Big Indian with a tanker to the scene.
  

1115 - Ulster County Fire Investigation Unit with investigators to the scene and Shandaken Ambulance with an additional ambulance to standby at the scene.

1118 - Woodstock with 1 tanker and interior firefighters to the scene. West Hurley with interior firefighters to the scene.

1121 - 45-22, 45-21 on scene.

1122 - West Hurley 66-10 assembling. UCFIU on the road.

1126 - All mutual aid is responding and on the road.

1138 - Olive with 44-11 and air bottles to the scene.

1159 - Olive Co's 1-5 and West Hurley 2nd alarm each for additional interior firefighters to the scene.

1244 - Centerville-Cedar Grove with interior firefighters to the scene.

1255 - Woodstock with interior firefighters and manpower to the scene.

1306 - Ulster Hose and West Hurley with interior firefighters to the scene.

1317 - Ulster Hose 61-13 to the scene.

1718 - Pine Hill returning and back in service.
