Description: Collision involving a tractor trailer carrying water collied with another vehicle, resulting in the semi cab dangling over overpass with driver trapped. Driver rescued using aerial of Quint 33 and rope rescue. Two people in the car that collided with the tractor trailer trapped under trailer, and needed heavy extrication, which took three hours. All transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
