How To Properly Report A Post Or Issue

Members,

As illustrated below, each post has a "Report" button. This allows Moderators and staff to immediately review and take necessary or requested actions. The moderator will be made aware of the link to the page you are reporting.

This will result in a quicker action then PM'ing a moderator.

Please use this button for:

-Posts containing objectionable, offensive, or vulgar content.

-Your post that you had a technical difficulty with

-Incident Alerts that are completely inaccurate or out of line

-Any rule violation

-Intentional false or inaccurate information

-Conflicts

-Topic title correction or wrong forum notification

-ANY OTHER SITUATION THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE MODERATOR ATTENTION

DO NOT use this button for routine or non urgent items with moderators or staff, or for Incident Alert corrections, use the PM system to send a note to the OP.

DO NOT use this button to try and "self moderate" the forums.

This report goes straight to the Moderator Report Center, and the post/member being reported is not visible to any of the membership except staff. Again, there is no way for any member to know that there was a "Report" button hit on their post, the member reporting is kept confidential.
