Does Indian Point maintain any fire apparatus or special units designed for the plant?

What would, say an odor of smoke in one of the office buildings, bring for an alarm response? Would that be handled in house or would local FD's come in. I am sure 60 control has a multiple alarm procedure in effect for large scale alarms.
