Description Of Incident: Originally came in as a 2 car head on MVA in the area of Bellvale Lakes Road with one patient entrapped and unconscious. EMS command requested 201 to standby in quarters, PD and EMT on scene advising 2 patients entrapped with one unconscious, 201 Requested to the scene, 1 patient now in traumatic arrest, medic pronounced due to inability for rapid extrication, 2nd Patient extricated after approximately 50 minutes, transported to Good Sam by 201.
