Miami Beach: four major fires, suspected arsonist

Turned on the news last night and was shocked to see a fourth major fire in the historic district of Miami Beach. All have been suspicious; ordinary construction, top floor jobs. Miami Beach doesn't want to come out and say it yet, but they have a serial arsonist on their hands in my opinion.
