18:31 - Gouverneur FD, Gouverneur Rescue Squad, SLC Car 5 toned out for a reported structure fire.

18:33 - Gouverneur FD Chief 11-3 on-scene reporting a working fire in 2.5 story wood frame P/D. Have Richville FD and Oxville FD respond all equipment to the scene.

18:37 - SLC Car 30 responding.

18:38 - Oxville FD responding.

18:39 - SLC Cars 3, 32, 32 toned out for C & O.

18:47 - SLC tells Oxville FD to divert and respond to 28 Williams St. for a electrical fire.

18:49 - SLC tells Richville to divert their engine to 26 Williams St fire.

18:51 - Gouverneur Chief 11-1 requesting Edwards FD pumper/tanker to start heading to Gouverneur incase of second structure fire.

19:00 - Gouverneur Chief on-scene at Williams St fire, reports the fire is contained. Have Edwards FD respond to Gouverneur station.

19:08 - Richville FD and Oxville FD clear of the fire on Williams St., responding to Battle Hill Rd structure fire.
