Moving to Arizona, looking for a job

Hello Everyone-

I'm an EMT-Basic with close to 26 years in the field, all in Los Angeles County.

I'm thinking about making a move to Arizona in the near future (Fort Mohave/Bullhead/Havasu).

Does anyone know how the job outlook is in this part of Arizona? I was thinking of River Medical or possibly a job as an ER Tech or a Security/EMT position in Laughlin at one of the hotels.

In the case of River Medical (or other ambulance providers in the area) does anyone know what kind of shifts they work (10/12/24), and in the case of 24's what kind of rotation can I expect?

I have heard that many companies are working on a 48/96 rotation, while other work something like this (on-off-on-off-on-4 off)
