1808hrs-Orange 911 alerting Winona Lake, Orange Lake, 36-13; 2nd call in district, reported kitchen fire at above address.

1809hrs-36-13 en-route from previous fire in Winona Lake. Orange 911 advising 36-13 that Good-Will E311 and the Plattekill engine are responding from stand-by.

1810hrs-Cronomer Valley requested to stand-by in Winona Lake.

1811hrs-Coldenham requested to stand-by in thier own quarters for Orange Lake.

1813hrs-Command advising working kitchen fire.

1814hrs-Plattekill 3 and Engine on the scene.

1815hrs-17K command advising working fire, requesting Truck from Coldenham to the scene.

1817hrs-Coldenham Truck 205 en-route.

1823hrs-Coldenham Truck 205 on the scene.

1825hrs-Orange 911 advising Winona Lake 17K Command that Coldenham Truck 205 should be on-scene, Cronomer Valley Truck and Walden Engine on stand-by. 911 also conducting 10 minute status check. Command advising fire is knocked down, companies checking for extension, all companies working.

1826hrs-Command also advising that he is aware that the Fire Investigators are tied up at the Lancer Dr job, however, he will need an FI to his scene. 36-13 advising 17K Command that an FI is taking up from the Lancer Dr job and is en-route to 17K.

1828hrs-Orange 911 alerting Middlehope; 1 Engine to re-locate to Good-will.

1835hrs-36-13 advising Orange 911 that as per 17K Command, fire is under control.

1843hrs-36-13 requesting State DOT to the scene with a sand/salt truck.

1848hrs-Winona Lake 17K Command advising that they are starting to de-mobilize and Plattekill's Engine has been released from the scene and is returning to stand-by.

1916hrs-Winona Lake 17K Command advising companies in the process of taking-up, Command terminated.
