Description Of Incident: NYDOT plow struck joint in bridge and ripped up part of bridge. A tractor trailer then struck the plow and jack-knifed. A car then hit the tractor trailer and got wedged underneath it. Bridge was closed for 3 hours for repairs/inspection.
