Description Of Incident: Working fire in a two-story P/D. Two residents had to jump from the second floor to escape the blaze. Residents suffered minor injuries. A dog died in the fire.

Firefighter has a hard time finding a good draft sight because all of the lakes and ponds that they tried were frozen from top to bottom. A draft site was eventually established a little ways off shore into the St. Lawrence River.
