Description Of Incident: Originally reported as smoke showing from the 10th floor of a 12-story residential high-rise. Battalion 1 o/s confirming smoke showing. Ambulance A-200 reporting they are getting a victim down the stairwell on the 10th floor. Victim transported by EMS to the hospital. 1 L/S/O w/quick k/d. No other injuries reported. Some companies operating at 43 Summer St. fire during duration of the incident replaced by M/A.
