Description Of Incident: Engine 4 o/s reporting showing upon arrival from the 2nd floor, side "C" of a 2.5-story brick and wood-frame OMD w/reports of people trapped. Signal 29(Working Fire) transmitted. Command reporting a Code 1(Civilian Fire Fatality) o/s. 1 and 1 S/C. Numerous L/S/O's w/master stream in operation. No other injuries reported. A GBTA Bus was brought in for residents during duration of the incident.
