*Pine Bush was dispatched for the 2-car MVA, involving a fuel truck.

1128hrs-LifeGaurd-18 with a (5) minute ETA.

1132hrs-Orange 911 on the phone w/DEC. They are looking for an update as to what kind of leak there is. Pine Bush command advising that the leak is from the trucks fuel tank, not the holding tank.

Patient was txp. to Westchester Med. Center with a serious head injury. Approximately 10-15 gallons of fuel was spilled from the truck.
