Location: Maryland Department of Transportation headquarters in Hanover, MD & Maryland Department of General Services' Jeffrey Building 16 Francis St, Annapolis, MD

Departments: Numerous local and federal

Description: A total of 6 people have been reported injured in two separate blasts in mail rooms of 2 government buildings according to a compilations of various reporting agencies. The devices emitted a small flash and explosion. No apparent structural damage has been reported at either site. The 16 Francis St location is on the grounds of the US Naval Academy.
