0318hrs- Orig. call for EDP on Lamartine Terr., R/C 403 has EDP at corner of North Broadway and Lamartine Ave armed with large knife. ESU 4 arriving.

0320hrs- ESU Truck 4 advising EDP armed with 12" knife stating she will kill anyone who is near her and wants to be killed.

0325hrs- R/C 410 (Sgt.) rpt. EDP is possibly attempting "suicide by cop" and is in street at location. Req. patrol supervisor and ESU supervisor T/S. ESU Truck 4 is in conversation. ESU Truck 2 deploying lethal and less lethal equipment.

0335hrs- ESU still in conversation and set up for grab or defense. Patrol units have perimeter. Empress BLS and Supervisor staging.

0349hrs- ESU has convinced the female to surrender weapon. Empress will be transporting to St. Josephis Hospital.
