FDNY Help team?

I recently noticed a Battalion unit in NYC with the lettering "Help Team".....can someone fill me in on what job this unit has?

they go around and pic up the injured form the hospital the guys that are on the help truck are FF that are on light duty

Thank you...last year i saw a guy crash a help team truck on Rte 9a just south of the split going from croton to ossining...could not figure out what it was or why he was where he was...lost contol on wet roadway going up the hilll.....
