Did Port Jervis NY get a fly car or 2?

Did port jervis get a few fly cars, someone told me they got 2, or are they personally owned vehicles with designations? Can anyone confirm?

ecscanning.com is showing a two new Port Jervis units, one designated 073F, which is a fly car, and one designated 073M. Orange County doesn't usually repeat identifiers, so I don't know if this is two different units, a typo, or something else, but it looks like PJ has at least one fly car.

Port Jervis VAC has gone ALS (or is about to). The unit is 073 Medic just like how New Windsor calls out on the county radio. Regional EMS (aka. Hudson Valley Paramedics), is the back-up ALS to the Port Jervis Vac district. Does anyone know if the Port Jervis medics are going into the PA section of the district, or just strictly the NY side?
