Greenville firefighter ousts district's chairman in election

GREENBURGH

A longtime volunteer firefighter beat out a board chairman in the Greenville fire commissioner election Tuesday.

Jonathan Faust, president of the Greenville volunteer fire company, received 251 votes to board Chairman Michael Golden's 83. Faust has been with the fire company since 2004.
