I see in the Journal News Legals to day that the Valhalla Fire District approved a resolution to expend funds from The Apparatus Reserve Account to purchase a new Class A Pumper, Rescue/FAST Truck and a Chiefs Car.

I remember hearing that they would be getting another ALF engine similar to the one they recently placed in service.

Anyone have any detains on the Rescue/Fast? Will it be a utiltity type like Ossinings or something bigger?

I believe the engine will be a twin to the one they just got and the new chief's car is going to be a Durango. No info on the fast/recue truck.

I saw the proposed drawing of the FAST truck. on the plans, the exterior looks similar to Yonkers new MSU.

Just curious - anyone know why there are no crosslays on the new engine? Not bashing or critisizing - just curious.
