1714hrs-Orange 911 alerting Washingtonville E583; Automatic Mutual-Aid, (1) Engine to the scene.

1719hrs-Washingtonville Engine and Tanker-557 responding.

1721hrs-SMFD Car-1 on the scene.

1727hrs-36-15 advising 20x20, 2-Story residential structure, room and contents fire, fire is knocked down. Requesting Fire Investigator to the scene.

1732hrs-Orange 911 conducting 10 minute status check. Salisbury Mills Command advising fire is out, companies overhauling, situation under control.
