Description Of Incident: fire on the 3rd floor and duct work. building was under construction, no working stand pipes in the structure. TL21 set up to the third floor window and used the ladder pipe to get water to the crews inside. After venting and over haul, all companies picked up and went 10-8. One victim was transported to to WCMC ALS.
