Description Of Incident: Tractor-trailer into the side of a vehicle w/ 2 other vehicles involved. One occupant DOA. Crews extricated body using Jaws-of-Life. I-95 SB between Exit's 14 and 16 shut down from 1212hrs. to 1530hrs. No other injuries reported.
