Description Of Incident: 60 Dispatched Rye's E191 and L25 and PCRRBEMS to a home on 54 Island drive for a man who feel 20 feet down and chould not get back up on to the ground. Rye PD's Patrol Boat helped to rescue the person. He was brought ot an ambulance on shore.
