Ticket fine will be $50 and in true Yonkers fashion, less than half of the fine will get back to the city.

Ah, but they'll be getting $22.50 each time a red light is run. All that for doing and maintaining nothing. Not all bad.

I saw one in Jersey City not long ago...no yellow, just big, bright flash.
