Multiple walk-ins to Engine 7 reporting a building fire. Original report of a vehicle fire in the rear of the structure. Numerous L/S/O's. Interior and exterior attacks made by companies w/ master stream from Ladder 4. All searches negative. Quick knockdown by companies. One firefighter evaluated by AMR. Maintenance requested for air bottle exchange.
