Description Of Incident: Heavy fire showing from 2 wood-frame 3-story vacant M/D's w/ exposure problems. One structure(902 Seaview Ave.) collapsed during duration of incident. Multiple L/S/O's. Master streams in operation. Additional Engine S/C for brush fires on I-95 caused by sparks from the fire. No injuries reported.
