FieldCom: 2nd Alarm Box 3086, the address 1969 Flatbush Ave,between Lott Pl and Flatlands Ave, it's a 1 story taxpayer 90x100. At this time Division 15 reports: fire in the cockloft, heavy fire in 2 stores, gone to exterior operations, roll call was conducted, and fire remains Doubtful. Also can you have the Department Mechanic respond, 159's bucket is stuck in the area. Also have gas and electric companies here to check it out.

FC: It's a whole row of taxpayer, it's the taxpayer from block to block, it's the last 4 buildings on the 3-4 side. we have heavy fire and collapse zone set up, I don't know if I'll be able to get you that soon.

FC: Special call 2 trucks, doesn't matter what kind they are. Have them report to the Command Post. Also make a note: one of the buildings is Chase Bank. We forced entry, we have smoke but no fire at this time.

Car 4 George, DAC Baggott, reports: 5 tower ladders set up in operation. 3 multi-versatiles set up in operation. 4 hand lines operating from the exterior. Heavy fire in the cockloft of 4 stores, fire remains Doubtful.

FC: Notify Department of Health, we have 2 food establishments. 1 is a bagel store, and the other is a Chinese store.

Main body of fire has been knocked down in the original fire building. Now have extension to the 2 story bank which is the far store on the 1-4 side. Have 1 handline, 1 tower ladder operating in the Chase Bank. Still Doubtful.
