We'll makes this a 10-41 code 1 (Suspicious fire, occupied structure) for heavy volume of fire with no apparent cause, and can you notify ConEd we shut the gas and electric to apartment 1D.

DC7: Have an additional engine company respond to the scene of the 2nd alarm, ConEd is on scene, they're getting readings from a transformer outside, request an engine company to stand by.
