Look at their annual report!! Talk about clear stats and full disclosure..... This definitely looks like a well managed shop!

Nice annual report, at least they tell you no new hires last year not just give me your $50. The one thing I cant understand is why do they lump together uniforms and safety supplies, and i see this all the time but other professional services are 506,000 75% of total purchased services break it down a little bit, but 11 million is not bad for 129 member department $85,271 spent per member not bad at all
