It is with deep regret that Montrose FD/Cortlandt Engine company announces the passing of ex chief/ commissioner and life member Frank O'Connor. Frank was known by many people and very well liked. He will greatly be missed.

Services for ex chief O'Connor are Friday 2-4, 7-9 department services will be from 7-9. He is being buried Saturday morning services starting at 10am. He is being waked a carters funeral home in montrose.

I forgot to add that frank is also a charter member of the Cortlandt volunteer ambulance Corp.
