Description Of Incident: 1 car MVA Rollover into woods. Driver pinned inside car upon arrival. FD/EMS units advised to stage at Citgo Station on Rt 202 due to incident between driver and PD. Upon PD securing scene, units entered and extricated driver through windshield. Units had to cut windshield and cut steering wheel, which freed driver. Driver removed and transported by 69B2.
