0438hrs- 911 caller reports a fire at S 7th Ave & Sandford Blvd. FDMV tones out 3 Engines, 2 Trucks, Rescue, & Batt 3.

0440hrs- Batt 3 10-84, Transmit All hands.

0442hrs- 2nd Alarm, E4 is FAST, Heavy Fire on #1 & 2 floors.

0449hrs- E-6 to scene. 3-story ordinary with fire on 1st-2nd floors. All occupants out.

0450hrs- M/A NRFD TL-11 to scene. E-23 and Pelham Manor TL-3 to cover Sta. 3.

0514hrs- NR L11 10-84

0515hrs- NRFD E23 and PMFD TL3 relocated to MVFD Sta 3. Fire is on all floors.

0530hrs- Car 7 requested to scene, Heavy fire on all floors and through roof, Going to Exterior Attack only.

0540hrs- TL- 3 set up in rear/Exp. 4 side, NRFD TL-11 on Exp. 2 side, L-2 set up in front. Heavy fire now on top floor. (2) tower ladders are in operation. All exterior op's ATT.

0559hrs- Bat 18 rpts- 3 story frame, heavy fire on 3 floors and cockloft. 3 ladderpipes in operation. Exposures: 1 -Street, 2 -Yard, 3 -Yard, 4 -Street. All compaines heavily engaged.

0610hrs- Heavy fire is K/D. Still heavy smoke condition and pockets of fire. All co's still operating.

0700hrs- Batt 1 reports day crews will be picked up in Squad 3 and transported to scene. Recall of manpower to staff TL 1 so M/A can be released. (1) firefighter being treated with minor injuries.

0811hrs- Batt 3 reports fire under control, interior crews are overhauling. Still have pockets of fire in cockloft.

0819hrs- Car 8 reports a partial collapse of building, request All Crews Out. Tower Ladders still in operation.

0915hrs- Still overhauling, final pockets being extinguished.

0940hrs- All companies in process of picking up.

1030hrs- All co's are up from scene.
