1974 Diamond Reo/Pierce Pumper

Took a trip to Morgan Twp. VFD in Scioto County, Ohio to shoot their rigs and found this beauty!

This 1974 Diamond Reo/Pierce Pumper was refurbed in 2003 by Pierce. It has a 1000 GPM Waterous pump, 2 stage pump with electric transfer valve and indicator lights and a Waterous relief valve and line gauges for all discharges and a 1000 gallon steel water tank. The trucks engine is a Detroit Diesel GM 6V71 engine, 218 HP @ 2100 RPM while the

Transmission is 5 speed, with 2 speed rear axle. It is currenlty on loan to the Morgan Twp. VFD from Finley Fire Equipment while they wait to recieve their new tanker from Finley Fire.
