Departments: CPD

Description: Police Officer Thor Soderberg, 43, encountered a suspect while walking to his car after his shift ended outside a police facility. During a struggle, the suspect took the officer's gun and shot Soderberg in the head, killing him. Suspect was then shot and killed in a shootout with responding officers.
