Description: 'Duck Tours' boat became disabled and then struck by barge.

1435hrs- Numerous 'Mayday' calls for people in the water from the 'Duck Tours' boat.

1447hrs- Police Marine Unit req. Aviation units, rpts of at least (12) people on the water.

1455hrs- Reports that the Duck Tours vessel has overturned and submerged. M/A from NJSP, PSP and Camden, NJ enroute.

1500hrs- Vessel had (35) passengers and (2) crew. (35) victims have been removed from the water.

1530hrs- Units report (2) missing. Vessel is at bottom in (40) feet of water.
