Units: YPD 3rd PCT, ESU; Empress; YFD E-303, L-74, R-1, B-1

Description: 2-car MVA with an SUV rolled over several times. Passenger ejected and pinned under vehicle. Bystanders uprighted SUV prior to arrival and freed victim. (2) to Jacobi by Empress
