Members,

When tragedy strikes like an LODD or off-duty death, or our peers need our support for a 10-13 benefit or blood drive, or any other sort of event that helps members in need, we try to use this site get the information out there to as many people as possible quickly with integrity and respect.

However, as of late, it seems the tri-state area has been hit hard by frequent misery and tragedy. I jus't can't keep up with everything that's been happening recently on the front page of this site. I'd like to find a way to properly honor everyone on the home page in a timely manner via an auto feed from this site.

Also, please do not forget, help us get the word out and post any info that you have regarding funeral details, benefits, etc (when appropriate) in our events sections of this forum, and add it to our events calendar app.
