Description Of Incident: Male Fell From a Tree

1200hrs-Orange 911 dispatching Coldenham FD for the medical call; 36-year-old male fell from a tree between 10 and 29 feet high.

1201hrs-Coldenham Car-1 responding, requesting Medevac on stand-by. Orange 911 receives also advising patient is MOS.

1203hrs-Orange 911 with a patient update advising patient is bleeding heavily from the back of the head and has numbness to the arm.

1204hrs-Car-1 on the scene. Coldenham Safety-1 en-route. Coldenham M-201 en-route.

1207hrs-Safety-1 on the scene, advising EMS is on location. Orange 911 advising that the Medevac has a 20 minute ETA if needed.

1209hrs-As per Coldenham Command, launch the Medevac, requesting R-208 to the LZ. Orange 911 inquiring if the LZ will be their designated LZ at a School (didnt catch which one).

1210hrs-R-208 en-route to the LZ. Contact will be "Coldenham LZ" on 46.40

1233hrs-As per Coldenham LZ, LifeNet is on the ground.

1251hrs-As per Coldenham Command, LifeNet 7-5 is off the ground, en-route to Westchester Med Center, Coldenham units taking up.
