Description Of Incident: Dump truck stopped in center lane w/engine compartment and cab fully-involved. Quick knockdown. Oil and antifreeze spilled into storm drain with CTDOT on scene cleaning up spill. No injuries reported. All NB lanes of I-95 closed for 30 minutes. Heavy rush-hour traffic brought to crawl.
