Description Of Incident: Reported 1 car rollover. Via 60 Control, SP enroute advising recieved call from bystanders stating driver attempting to roll car back over and leave scene. Upon 2212's arrival, confirmed with bystanders that single occupant driver rolled car back onto its wheels from its resting position on its roof and drove off SB on I-684. 2212 cancelled all units, GOA.
