Description Of Incident: Hawthorne fire and EMS dispatched to MVA with injuries Sprain Brook South mile marker 12.5 the Taconic-Sprain Split. 2191 and 2193 requesting updated location from 60 control due to accident being unfounded at this time. 60 advises the are getting a report of MVA on Taconic South at mile marker 3.4 possibly one in the same. 2193 on location TSP at 3.4 south with a 1 car MVA on the guardrail confirming extrication needed to remove passenger. Pt extricated by 155 crew and in the hands of EMS. 63-B1 with 1 pt ALS to WMC and 53-B2 with 1 BLS to WMC.
