Departments: Richmond PD, Contra Costa County Coroner

Description: Suspects pursued by police from the scene of a shooting crashed with one occupant of the suspect vehicle killed and two others injured. Victim of shooting expecuted to survive. No uninvolved civilians or officers injured.
