2025: SPD dispatch reporting multiple 911 calls for a motor vehicle into a house at 353 Duane Ave, vehicle is a red Ford Explorer. Callers report one male and one female fled from the vehicle.

2028: SFD dispatching E-1 and Car 22 to check structural integrity of the building involved at 353 Duane Ave.
