On the morning of June 9th 2010 at 07:26 box 1036 was transmitted for a fire reported on the roof of a building at the corner. First due companies found heavy fire and smoke showing from the roof of the building. Ladder co. 25 set it's ladder to roof as the engine companies stretched lines to the stand pipe system and started to attack the fire. The fire started in a sixth floor apartment. The fire was knocked down within 10 minuets. Ladder co. 16 was assigned as the F.A.S.T. truck.
