"COOKING FOR A CAUSE"

Albano Appliance and Service and Westchester County Home Improvement Magazine (Thornwood, NY) will host a fundraiser and industry networking event on Thursday, June 10th from 6-8 pm. The event will be held at Albano Appliance and proceeds will benefit the J.I.M.M.Y. Foundation, Inc. a local organization that assists children with life-threatening illnesses and/or injuries.

A wide variety of food will be prepared "live" on the very latest in indoor and outdoor cooking equipment. Attendees will have opportunities to meet with home improvement industry experts, potential customers and representatives from appliance manufacturers such as Alfresco, Bosch, Gaggenau, GE, Lynx, Miele, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking and Wolf. Several local businesses will also be on hand to showcase their wares, including Plum Plums (Pound Ridge, NY), Silpada Designs (South Salem, NY) and Wave Hill Bakery (Wilton, CT). The suggested donation is $25 per person.

I also would like to say this was a great time , where can you go for 25.00 eat all you want and check out all kinds of grills, kitchen equipment etc.
